Symphony Stroll – Friday, October 2nd

The Owensboro Symphony’s annual Symphony Stroll presented by Jagoe Homes, is scheduled for Friday, October 2, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. We invite you, your family, and friends to take a leisurely walk along the stunning Owensboro Riverfront while enjoying the beautiful sounds of the Owensboro Symphony. This is a free community event that will feature performances from many talented musicians throughout Smothers Park.

The Symphony Stroll will stretch from the RiverPark Center Plaza along the riverfront to the Overlook Stage. Throughout the park, enjoy performances by the Owensboro Symphony’s Percussion Trio, String Quartet, Harp, Brass Quintet, Woodwind Quintet, String Ensemble with Piano & Percussion.

The evening will feature a diverse mix of music, from classical selections and pop favorites to rock classics by Queen, Lady Gaga, and AC/DC. Several food trucks will also be on site throughout the area.
