Bingxin Leng

Bingxin holds a Master of music degree in violin performance from Northwestern University Bienen School of Music, and a Bachelor of music in violin performance from Renmin University of China in Beijing. Her major teachers include Xiaowei Chen, Gefang Yang, Blair Milton and Grigory Kalinovsky. In the past few years, she has appeared in solo masterclasses with distinguished violin pedagogues such as Ilya Kaler, Paul Kantor, Judith Ingolfsson, Violaine Melançon, I-Hao Lee and Qian Zhou, among others. Recent summer festival experiences include Ascent Chamber Music Festival, Bienen School of Music Summer Violin Institute, Sarasota Music Festival and duo526 Sonata Seminar. Bingxin is currently pursuing a Doctor of Music degree at the Jacobs School of Music, Indiana University under the tutelage of Grigory Kalinovsky.
