Charlotte Roth is an active freelance musician based in Louisville. Originally from Boonville, IN, she played with the Evansville Philharmonic Youth Orchestras for 5 years and was fortunate enough to perform as a soloist on two occasions. She holds degrees from the Eastman School of Music and Northwestern University. Since graduating, she has won the piccolo positions with the Huntsville (AL) and Owensboro (KY) symphonies. She has also performed with the Evansville Philharmonic (IN), the Chattanooga Symphony (TN), the Indianapolis Symphony (IN), the Louisville Orchestra (KY), and several other groups. During the pandemic she found a second passion in healthcare and enjoys working as a medical assistant at the Norton Immediate Care Centers around Louisville. When she is not working or performing or teaching music, she enjoys running and playing with her cat Willow.
